Following the release of The Darkened Room (TDR) in November, 2009, IZZ returned to the studio to continue work on the band's next studio album. Planned for a Spring 2012 release, the new album continues to explore the themes set forth in TDR and serves as Part II in a three-part series.
In October of 2011, IZZ released their first live DVD, "IZZ LIVE," featuring the band's memorable performance at the North East Art Rock Festival (NEARFest 2007) and additional live performances comprising over 3 hours of music and live video.
On April 22, 2012, IZZ is set to make a happy return to the New Jersey Proghouse to perform their first show in support of the new album.
